INDIANAPOLIS, April 27, 2006 - Chase Education Finance
announces that Chris Earnshaw has become Chase's Account Manager for schools
in Rhode Island, Vermont, and select schools in Massachusetts, Connecticut,
New York and Washington DC. Earnshaw joined Chase through Chase's March 2006
acquisition of Collegiate Funding Services (CFS).
With the addition of Collegiate Funding Services, Chase Education Finance
has the sales, marketing, origination and servicing capabilities to be a
major provider of every type of student loan as it works with schools and
their students parents to achieve their educational goals. Chase and CFS
originated nearly $12 billion in student loans in 2005.
Earnshaw has 10 years of experience in the financial aid industry. He graduated
with a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rhode Island College in 1995 and earned
an MBA from Providence College in 2004. For the past year, he worked as
Regional Director of Business Development at CFS. Earnshaw also has worked
as an Education Finance Specialist at KeyBank and as an Assistant Director
of Financial Aid at Roger Williams University.
