Anderson, who has been with the organization since 1998, takes on responsibility for all national school channel sales and marketing efforts, as well as sales support. He will also serve as Bank One's representative for ELM Resources and for the Consumer Banking Association's (CBA) Education Funding Committee. Anderson served as president of Education One Group, a former Sallie Mae marketing affiliate for Bank One education loans, and continues in his role as national sales and marketing executive for Bank One Education Finance. At Education One Group, Anderson helped Bank One become the first education lender to surpass $3 billion in loans in one year.

• Sergi is responsible for the marketing of both the Education One consumer loan and Campus One certified private loan products, as well as for the customer service area.
• Conder will manage the overall operations team and coordinate the organization's multi-provider servicing platforms.
