CHICAGO, May 20, 2005 - JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NSYE: JPM) announced today its sponsorship of Jean Chatzky as keynote speaker for the upcoming Virginia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators (VASFAA) annual conference.
Chatzky, an editor-at-large of Money and celebrated journalist and author, will speak at the conference to higher education financial aid professionals from colleges and universities around the state of Virginia about managing their finances. In addition to her regular personal finance columns for Time magazine and USA Weekend, Chatzky is also well known as the financial editor for NBC's Today show.

The Virginia Association of Student Financial Aid Administrators is an organization with nearly 40 years of history and experience in the student financial aid industry. Over 400 members strong, VASFAA strives to provide opportunities for professional growth and collaboration of its members, all financial aid professionals, to effectively serve the needs of students, families and higher education institutions in matters related to financial and informational resources. The VASFAA conference will be held from May 22 - May 25 in Virginia Beach.
